CJ's seeding Lines 1/19

Comments:

- Lots of movement due to research and lot of big wins/losses
- Also I got a lot of comments about the KU-MSU seedings last week so I thought I'd address it. Last week Kansas had a pomeroy of 14 and Michigan State was at 22. Which corresponds to a 4 and a 6 seed respectively. They've moved this week based on RPI #'s along with other games across the country.
- Next week I'll update mid-major winners, since we will be a couple weeks in and teams will start to seperate.
